Thank you for your support. Your satisfaction with every aspect of your experience is very important to me. Please contact me right away if for any reason you are unhappy so I can make things right. Positive feedback is very important to my shop as well as keeping you as a customer. Please contact me before returning an item. Returns on an item are accepted within 7 days upon receipt and in its original new condition. I will refund the cost of the item but not shipping. Please make sure you purchase delivery confirmation or insurance for your sake and mine.

I take privacy of your information very seriously and will ensure your information is kept private and secure.

Payment:

Paypal is preferred & fastest form of payment. You do NOT need to have a Paypal account to pay with credit cards on the site. Please make be sure your address for PayPal and Etsy correspond so I can ship to the correct address. 

Michigan state residents will be charged sales tax (6%).
PayPal will automatically add this amount to all Michigan addresses. Charge appears when you complete the PayPal transaction. It will not be reflected in your Etsy checkout amount.

Shipping:

Domestic Shipping: I ship First Class USPS within 2-4 business days after cleared payment.

I do all my shipping on business days, Mon-Fri.

Shipping Fee Includes: postage, bubble mailer, gift wrapping and delivery confirmation.

Contact me if you need you order expedited (2-3 business days) or insurance please contact me and I will send you an invoice.

Everywhere Else Shipping: International orders are shipped first class. If you require tracking or insurance please contact me and I will send you an invoice. You will be responsible for any customs/duties charges. International orders can usually be expected to arrive in 7-10 business days, however, sometimes it may take longer.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days and I will refund your money minus the shipping charge. Refunds will be through PayPal only.
